You could be in luck, proving how your servicers deception placed you in trouble is one of the easiest ways of solving your problems.  

One of the surest methods of dealing with your servicer is by questioning the legitimacy of how they have been applying your payments to the loan and “legally questioning” any and all other charges, fees and what ever the servicer  cannot explain to you. How payments were applied and when they were applied.

If your servicer cannot explain and justify every penny going into and out of there pockets – they “legally cannot foreclose” on you until all monies are accounted for.
